MedCore Talent was initially formed in 2008 as Healthcare Recruiting Group. In 2009, we added an interim staffing service line, Healthcare Staffing Group, focused on acute care hospital talent acquisition. Recognizing the shift in healthcare and a desire to broaden our practice areas, the companies were combined and rebranded as MedCore Talent in 2012.
In 2016, MedCore Talent merged with Impact Staffing Group in Raleigh, NC. Impact is niched in Accounting/Finance, Engineering, IT, Biotech, and Pharma and aligns perfectly with MedCore Talent’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Today MedCore Talent is a diverse firm with expertise in all facets of the healthcare continuum. Our firm provides direct hire, interim candidate search services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing Solutions and Consulting Services to clients across the globe.
